Here you can:
- View and make your appointments
- View your medical file and read test results and letters
- Send questions to your healthcare provider
- Update your personal details
- Request repeat prescriptions from the past 6 months
To activate your online Patient Portal, please visit the reception with your ID.
The assistant will then connect your account to your medical file.
