Our new online Patient Portal is now active.
Here you can:
- View and make your appointments
- View your medical file and read test results and letters
- Send questions to your healthcare provider
- Update your personal details
- Request repeat prescriptions from the past 6 months
To activate your online Patient Portal, please visit the reception with your ID.
The assistant will then connect your account to your medical file.

Statement
As health care workers, we are shocked that the Dutch House of Representatives has passed a law that makes it a criminal offense to help people without a residence permit.
This goes against everything we stand for as health care workers. We believe that every person is equal, regardless of the circumstances they live in.
Therefore, we will continue to help everyone who needs our help.
Opening hours
Between 15.00 and 15.30 the practice will only be available for emergencies.
The assistants will be busy arranging practical matters for you, such as processing letters from specialists, assessing results and preparing the doctor’s instruments.
